I totally know what you mean, I do the same too. Just last month I was going through everything on my computer and found 5 copies of the same file filled with images, Flash files, and websites I had made...I wondered why I made so many copies? haha! I'm afraid of deleting things too...never too sure when you might need it. Sorry can't give much advice in this area, best bet is to probably pick out what you haven't opened in a REALLY long time and delete it, that's what I did with my external hard drive and it loves me for it...lol.
