<p style="text-align: left;">If you haven&#8217;t heard of tilt-shift photography, you have now.  This is a fake, made by <a title="Tilt Shift Maker" href="http://tiltshiftmaker.com/photo-processing.php" target="_blank">TILT</a>, but the concept is to make a photo look like a miniature set by blurring the foreground and the back of the image.</p>
